New This Year - Please Read:

This is the first year we are doing away with paper registrations and converting to a completely online registration process.  

During checkout, there is an Payment Method option to pay securely via PayPal or by check.  If you choose to pay by check, there is a seven (7) business day deadline to get the check to the San Clemente Downtown Business Association office either by mail or dropping it off at this address.   The pending order will automatically cancel if payment is not received after 7 business days from registered date.  Should this occur, then you will have to repeat the process again.

Once you submit your registration information and payment option:

  1. An automated confirmation email with directions on how to print-at-home your registration "ticket" will be sent (nothing will be snail-mailed to you like in the years past).  If you have not seen the confirmation email, try checking your Spam folder.  There is a no refund policy. See our FAQs for more info.
  2. On the morning of the car show when you check-in at the gate, we will scan the code that is on your registration ticket.  Don't forget it at home.  No ticket = No entry.  Keep this ticket displayed on your dashboard throughout the event.  
  3. During check-in we will provide you a numbered placard for the Best Of Judging portion, your T-Shirt Voucher and any other helpful information such as the Sheriff's guidelines of exiting the street when the event is over.

Vendors will follow the same procedure for printing their registration tickets and checking-in.  Prior to the event, they will receive their booth locations and additional information via email.

As a reminder, the SCDBA is a Non-Profit organization and the registration fees are tax deductible.  Your ticket is your receipt for tax record purposes.
