I am already registered and have my email ticket/registration confirmation email. WHEN are WHERE do I enter the venue on show day?

We have a Car Club/Friend and would like to be in the same area or parked next to them. Can you arrange that?

In order to get everyone in and parked quickly, there will be no reserved parking and cars will be parked in the order in which they arrive. If you want to park next to someone, you must arrive together to park together. You cannot block space next to you whilst waiting for your buddy to arrive. Spaces will not be saved by the coordinators.

My show car will have to be trailered in, is there parking for my tow vehicle and trailer/carrier?

Available space to accommodate a towed trailer is a challenge to secure in our tight downtown area. Please contact us if this is a requirement for you: info@scdba.org    

What if I switch to a different car than the one I registered for?

Judges will receive information given during registration. If you decide to bring a different car, please contact us by email to give us the updated info, otherwise your car may not be judged. Email: info@scdba.org

Do I have to be present during the awards?

Award winners must be present to receive their trophy or have a designated representative to collect it at the time of distribution or by 3:00pm at the Info/T-Shirt Booth.

I have to cancel my registration (my car broke down/I got sick/my llama is sick) Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately there are no refunds given, however you may transfer your registration to a friend and they can pay you for your spot. Please with the changes to be transferred for their information to be accurate for the judges.

My car will be in the show, and I also have a business that I would like to promote.  Can I do both, and set-up business stuff at my spot?

Sorry, but no. It's not fair to sponsors & vendors who have paid fees for their company or brand to promote at the show. If you would rather be a Sponsor or Vendor that is displaying your car, then we can make accommodations for you.

What is the best way for friends and family to arrive at the show?

Free parking is plentiful at The Outlets (101 W. Avenida Hermosa) and free San Clemente Trolleys run every 15 minutes all day until 10pm. Trolleys pick up in front of Starbucks at The Outlets (and many other stops) and drop off at the top of the Car Show venue at El Camino Real and Avenida Del Mar. Click "Getting Here" for info.
