Vendor Booths

Vendor booth spaces are $200

Who can reserve a vendor booth?

1. Current, active SCDBA Members

2. Auto-related businesses or groups


Due to the nature of the venue space and the requirement to adjust on-the-fly to flexible numbers of cars on display, vendor booths will be limited to 25 spots to assure profitable spaces for each and reinforce the focus of the event.


Examples would include automotive accessories and services, automotive-themed art, photography, jewelry, and apparel, etc.

VENDOR BOOTH REGISTRATION

Vendor Booth Information

Vendor Booth includes:

  • A 10'x10' booth space to display and sell products or promote your business, service or organization. Should you require a larger space, you will need to register for additional booth space. (All booth items—tent, chairs, table— are supplied by the vendor.)
  • Booth locations may be on the community center lawn or on S. Ola Vista. A space on Avenida Del Mar is not guaranteed.  
  • Food Trucks are provided their designated parking spot. No pop-up tents in addition to truck space are allowed.
  • Entry info and booth location will be emailed to you 1 week prior to the event
  • Print-at-home event ticket is the email you receive during online registration
  • 10x10 pop-up tent, all tables & chairs must be supplied by each vendor
  • No electricity is provided


Vendor Booth (10x10 pop-up) Prices:

  • Auto-Related Retail or Business ($200) 
  • Current SCDBA Member: ($150). For membership information, visit www.scdba.org
  • Food Trucks ($200) - Food trucks must be pre-approved, contact us at info@scdba.org. 
  • NEW! You MUST have a valid SC business license or $24 1-day SC business license for out-of-town businesses BEFORE you register. You will be asked to submit valid license numbers during the registration process. 
  • Food vendors must adhere to OC Health safety regulations and obtain a permit.
  • No refunds or credits.
  • If you are also showcasing a car, in addition you will need to register each car in the General Registration category. A vendor space does not include having a car displayed at your booth.


Vendor guidelines are detailed and must be adhered-to by all participants per the SC Car Show's event permit granted by the City of San Clemente. Thank you in advance for your compliance. Download detailed event info and licensing & permit requirements below.
