6:30am - Car Entrance: Enter via El Camino Real and Ave. Granada queue (See Map of Entry Check-In Location & Time)
- You must arrive to the check point no later than 7:00am. After that, the street will be barricaded and there will be no access and no admission. Or you will have to be re-located to lower Ave. Del Mar.
- PLEASE approach your entry point as indicated on the map (and in reminder emails) so that you do not get trapped in other queues.
- Show your print-at-home ticket provided during your online registration and event reminder emails to the check-in volunteer.
- From 7am to 8:45am, visit the info/t-shirt booth at Ave Del Mar and S. Ola Vista to get your free t-shirt and judging placard. Info booth opens at 7am. Placard must be readily visible on windshield for the judges.
- Keep your printed ticket throughout the event.
9:00am - Judging Begins
- Please be mindful that judges have hundreds of cars to inspect with a limited amount of time.
10:00am - Show Begins with Color Guard Presentation & 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony
- Have your car ready to show to the public. Please do not spread out, or have displays beyond the area of your parked car.
2pm - Winners Announced
- Award Winners will be announced and posted on a board at the SCDBA Info Booth
3:00pm - Show Ends
- Cars MAY NOT leave until the Sheriff clears pedestrians and directs the exit.
- Exit only one way to the top of Ave. Del Mar and proceed to El Camino Real.
- NO engine revving please.
4:00pm - Barricades Removed
- Barricades removed and streets are open to general public and traffic.
- All cars, vendors & trailers must be off the streets or will be towed.
